Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is a slower, supportive class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, balance and strength. Classes focus on basic foundational yoga postures, practiced at a gentle pace with simple sequencing and plenty of time to explore each movement. There are no advanced poses or complicated flows, making this a great place to start your yoga journey or return to movement after a break. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, calming practice where poses are held for several minutes. The intention is to gently improve flexibility and release tension through the body’s connective tissues. Most of the class is spent seated or lying on the floor using props for support, creating space to slow down and unwind. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where movement is linked with the breath. You’ll move through flowing sequences of standing, balancing, seated and floor based poses to build strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. Expect a moderate to energetic pace with continuous movement throughout the class. While all levels are welcome, this class is best suited to those with some previous yoga experience.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow offers all the benefits and postures of Vinyasa, just at a slower pace. With more time to move, breathe and settle into each posture, you’ll build strength, flexibility and balance without feeling rushed. Classes include a combination of standing, balancing and floor-based poses before finishing with relaxation. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is designed with one intention: to rest and restore. Using bolsters, blankets and other props, you’ll be fully supported in comfortable poses with very little movement, allowing your body and nervous system to deeply relax. Most of the class is spent lying down or comfortably seated, creating space to slow down, recharge and let go. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is traditionally known for building core strength, but our classes work the whole body. You’ll strengthen and tone your glutes, arms, legs, back and core through controlled, low impact movements. We use hand weights and resistance bands to add variety and challenge while improving strength, stability and body awareness. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Be Strong

Be Strong is a full body functional strength class using slightly heavier weights than Pilates, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to build muscle, improve bone health and increase confidence with resistance training. Classes include exercises performed standing, seated and lying on your back (supine), working the whole body through functional movements. Every exercise can be adapted to suit your fitness level. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
