Annual, Monthly and Class Packs
STRICTLY NO refunds will be given on any of our class passes (including, monthly, annual or class packs). If you are unsure about the term of the pass you are commiting to please choose our weekly memberships instead as they can be cancelled or paused at any time.
Passes can be paused for sickness or holidays. Minimum pause time is 1 week.
Direct Debit Memberships
No contracts, cancel anytime. We know that life gets in the way so you are welcome to pause anytime, minimum pause time is 1 week.
Masterclasses and Workshops
If you cancel your pre booked Masterclass or Workshop upto 1 week prior to the event date you will receive a full refund.
Any cancellations that are made within 1 week of the start date will not be refunded unless we can find someone else to take your place.
