How long have you been teaching and practicing yoga?

I have been practicing since I was a restless teenager, and I have been teaching for 8 years.

What brought you to yoga?

Yoga is an unravelling and returning to myself as she is revealed through devotion to my practice, curiosity to the wisdom of my body, and spaciousness for life to be felt

What is one thing you love to share with students?

What we are often seeking outside of ourselves is right here in our body and our breath, here in this tangible moment, it is so much simpler and more sacred than we could have ever imagined.

What style do you love to teach and why?

Slow, restorative and meditative practices to balance our busy bodies, minds and world. And I always include the invitation to be guided by the intuitive wisdom of the body.

What is your favourite pose?

Legs up the wall – I practice this one every day!

A little bit about yourself:

I am a life loving yogini and mama of two little girls living in Lota. I am in devotion to being in the dance of life with an open, grateful heart.
